MTD Properties welcomed the festive season with Riang Ria Raya 50 Sen: MTD Properties Showcase, a lively celebration beautifully blended heritage, community, and a vision for the future. Inspired by the timeless legacy of the legendary Tan Sri P. Ramlee, the Majestic Hall at Menara Kenari, TTDI, was transformed into a charming, retro-inspired space filled with the spirit of Hari Raya.
Held on 24 April 2025, the event drew nearly 300 guests, including employees and stakeholders into the heartwarming kampung style, complete with traditional decor, classic Raya outfits, and a feast of local delicacies. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, music and the spirit of togetherness – a true reflection of the season’s essence.
A standout moment of the celebration was the talent show, where MTD employees performed sketches inspired by Tan Sri P. Ramlee’s beloved films. The performances brought joy, laughter, and even memories, reminding everyone of the enduring power of storytelling – and of MTD Properties’ commitment to building connections while stepping boldly into the future.
Beyond the festivity, the event also featured an exclusive property exhibition officiated by Dr Nik Fauzan Dato’ Nik Faizul, Chief Operating Officer of MTD Group. The exhibition highlighted three of MTD Properties’ major ongoing projects – two residential and one industrial – offering guests an insightful look into the company’s dynamic growth.
The project details shared the upcoming Sutera Vista Residence in Kajang, a thoughtfully designed development comprising 378 units of modern apartments, and Elysia Heights, a collection of 197 single-storey terrace homes in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The industrial segment was represented by MTD Nexus 28 Industrial Park, also in Ayer Keroh, which will feature 86 smart factory units. All projects are designed with a strong focus on innovation, seamless connectivity, and long-term sustainability – reflecting MTD Properties’ ongoing commitment to future-proof development.
The exhibition also offered a glimpse into MTD Properties’ future, including integrated developments in Sungai Kantan and Seremban. A key highlight was the upcoming 700.2-acre mixed-use expansion in Ayer Keroh, envisioned as a vibrant, large-scale integrated city will play a transformative role in the urban landscape of Melaka.
Also in attendance was MTD Group Chief Executive Officer, Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz, who shared the company’s aspiration “to create not just real estate, but meaningful spaces that enrich lives.”
