Kajang, Selangor – MTD Properties marked its 35th Anniversary with a meaningful series of community-focused celebrations, bringing together residents, stakeholders and partners through health, lifestyle and development milestones. The celebrations featured two key highlights: the MTD Fun Run and the Groundbreaking Ceremony of MTD Residensi Sutera Vista, reflecting the Group’s long-standing commitment to sustainable living, community well-being and quality property development.
MTD Fun Run Promoted Active Living and Community Togetherness.
Almost 200 participants took part in the five-kilometre MTD Fun Run, held in conjunction with the anniversary celebration. The run kicked off from the MTD Properties Sales Gallery in Taman Sutera, Kajang, setting a lively and energetic tone for the day.
The event was officially flagged off by Pengarah Perancang, MPKj, Tuan Haji Riduan bin Idris, together with Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz, Chief Executive Officer of MTD Group and Dr Nik Fauzan Datuk Nik Faizul, Chief Operating Officer of MTD Group. Their presence underscored the management’s continued commitment to strengthening relationships with the local community and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
Beyond the fun run, participants enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, including aerobic exercises and zumba session, which added excitement and inclusivity of all ages. To keep the spirit high and energy levels up, refreshing 100PLUS drinks were served throughout the event.
Through recreational activities such as this leisure run, MTD Properties aims to foster the spirit of togetherness and sustainability by connecting lifestyle with community values and well-being. The fun run was part of MTD Properties’ ongoing CSR efforts to engage the Taman Sutera community.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of MTD Residensi Sutera Vista Marked a New Milestone
Complementing the community celebration was the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony of MTD Residensi Sutera Vista, held in the evening, which also served as a key highlight of the company’s 35th Anniversary celebration. The ceremony marked the final phase of the Taman Sutera township development, bringing the long-term vision for the area closer to completion.
The event was officiated by YB Datuk Borhan bin Aman Shah, EXCO for Housing, Culture and State Government of Selangor, reflecting the state’s support for responsible and sustainable residential developments.
Approximately 300 guests attended the ceremony, which featured a vibrant programme including traditional games, lucky draw sessions, and the official launch of the “Home Sweet Gold” campaign. These activities created a festive and welcoming atmosphere, celebrating not just a development milestone but also the strong bond between MTD Properties and its stakeholders.
Guests were invited to explore the MTD Properties Sales Gallery and tour the show unit, allowing them to gain deeper insight into the design concept, layout and lifestyle offerings of MTD Residensi Sutera Vista.
