In the spirit of giving and community, MTD Properties continued its cherished tradition last March by hosting Majlis Kasih Ramadan at Taman Sutera, Kajang – a heartfelt event featuring the distribution of bubur lambuk, meaningful contributions and community-building activities.

A collaborative effort with the Taman Sutera residents and Masjid Taman Sutera, the event reflected MTD Properties’ unwavering commitment to creating a more compassionate and connected society.

“We believe that the true measure of a company’s success is not only in business achievements but also in the positive impact it leaves on the community,” said Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz, CEO of MTD Group.

HIGHLIGHT OF MAJLIS KASIH RAMADAN

  • 750 packs of bubuk lambuk distributed to the public.
  • Cash contributions to Masjid Taman Sutera for community needs.
  • Duit raya for 108 orphans and those in need.
  • Iftar gathering with the local community.
  • Gotong-royong involving MTD Properties staff, mosque committee members and residents.

The event also saw the presence of Yang Berhormat Syahredzan bin Johan, Member of Parliament for Bangi, who participated in distributing bubur lambuk. Joining him were Dr. Nik Fauzan bin Dato’ Nik Faizul, COO of MTD Group, and representatives from the Kajang Municipal Council and Zone 7 Council Members.

NEW CHAPTER FOR TAMAN SUTERA: PHASE 10 LAUNCHING SOON

During the event, Reime Rizal shared updates on the final development phase of Taman Sutera Kajang (Phase 10). The upcoming launch will introduce 378 units of modern apartments, including 74 affordable homes of Rumah SelangorKu.

Strategically located with access to SILK and LEKAS Highway, the new phase is set to launch in the second half of 2025, with early registration already receiving overwhelming interest.
