MTD Nexus Industrial Park and MTD Phase 24 were officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony graced by YB Datuk Zulkiflee Dato' Seri Mohd Zin, Deputy EXCO Member for Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management. Also in attendance were Yang Berbahagia Datin Sapiah Haron, President of Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council, and Yang Berusaha Puan Irmayanti Hj Ibrahim, Director of the Infrastructure Corridor and Social Impact Division.

Ayer Keroh, 14 June 2025 – MTD Properties continues to chart new horizons with two flagship developments in Ayer Keroh, Melaka through the official launch and ground-breaking ceremony of MTD Nexus 28 Industrial Park, and soft-launch of MTD Phase 24 last week. The two launches are a part of MTD Properties’ ambitious RM1 billion integrated growth initiative.

The twin launches were commemorated alongside the unveiling of the newly renovated MTD Properties Sales Gallery in Taman Tasik Utama. The gallery was officiated by YB Datuk Zulkiflee Dato’ Seri Mohd Zin, representing the Chief Minister of Melaka.

Guests were treated to a festive atmosphere, including a high-energy performance by Malaysia’s rock queen, Ella, who drew cheers from nearly 300 enthusiastic audiences. The event also marked the grand finale of the MTD Properties Beli & Menang campaign which ran from June 2024 until March 2025.
