“As a developer with over 30 years of experience, our responsibility extends beyond constructing homes. We build communities. Sustainable development is achieved when residents benefit from a supportive environment imbued with compassion, care, and unity, resulting in a positive societal impact.”

MTD Properties’ development approach also contributes to the broader socio-economic growth of Melaka, particularly in Ayer Keroh, through well-planned residential, commercial, and industrial projects designed to deliver long-term benefits.

The programme was further strengthened by the presence and support of Datuk Ridhwan Mohd Ali and YB Kerk Chee Yee, whose attendance underscored the importance of cross-sector collaboration in fostering community well-being.
